Enable Automatic Picklist

Enable or disable automatic picklist generation for existing warehouse configurations.

Current Status Overview

The system shows a table with the following warehouses and their auto picklist status:

Steps to Enable/Disable Automatic Picklist:

  1. Access Warehouse Configuration
    • Locate the warehouse in the Auto Picklist table
    • Click the edit icon (pencil icon) next to the warehouse name

  2. Toggle Auto Picklist Status
    • In the warehouse configuration page, you can toggle the auto picklist setting
    • Change from "Yes" to "No" (to disable) or "No" to "Yes" (to enable)

  3. Save Changes
    • Apply the changes to update the auto picklist status
    • The table will reflect the updated status

Edit a Picklist

Modify existing auto picklist configurations to update settings, rules, or parameters for specific warehouses.

Steps to Edit a Picklist:

  1. Locate the Warehouse
    • Find the warehouse you want to edit in the Auto Picklist table
    • Each warehouse row shows the current auto picklist status

  2. Access Edit Mode
    • Click the edit icon (📝) in the rightmost column of the warehouse row
    • This will open the warehouse-specific auto picklist configuration page

  3. Modify Configuration
    • Update picklist generation rules
    • Modify timing settings for automatic picklist creation
    • Adjust warehouse-specific parameters
    • Change priority settings or sorting criteria

  4. Review and Save
    • Review all changes made to the configuration
    • Save the updated settings
    • The changes will be applied to future picklist generations
