Enable Automatic Picklist
Enable or disable automatic picklist generation for existing warehouse configurations.
Current Status Overview
The system shows a table with the following warehouses and their auto picklist status:

Steps to Enable/Disable Automatic Picklist:

Access Warehouse Configuration
• Locate the warehouse in the Auto Picklist table
• Click the edit icon (pencil icon) next to the warehouse name -
Toggle Auto Picklist Status
• In the warehouse configuration page, you can toggle the auto picklist setting
• Change from "Yes" to "No" (to disable) or "No" to "Yes" (to enable) -
Save Changes
• Apply the changes to update the auto picklist status
• The table will reflect the updated status

• Automated Workflow: Orders are automatically added to picklists based on predefined rules

Edit a Picklist
Modify existing auto picklist configurations to update settings, rules, or parameters for specific warehouses.
Steps to Edit a Picklist:

Locate the Warehouse
• Find the warehouse you want to edit in the Auto Picklist table
• Each warehouse row shows the current auto picklist status -
Access Edit Mode
• Click the edit icon (📝) in the rightmost column of the warehouse row
• This will open the warehouse-specific auto picklist configuration page -
Modify Configuration
• Update picklist generation rules
• Modify timing settings for automatic picklist creation
• Adjust warehouse-specific parameters
• Change priority settings or sorting criteria -
Review and Save
• Review all changes made to the configuration
• Save the updated settings
• The changes will be applied to future picklist generations
Editable Parameters (typical options):
• Generation Frequency: How often picklists are automatically created
• Order Criteria: Which orders should be included in automatic picklists
• Priority Rules: How orders are prioritized within picklists
• Batch Size: Maximum number of orders per picklist
